  • Buyer beware, if you ever get in trouble and can't pay your full monthly mortgage, they won't work with you and instead will start foreclosure before you even can make payments up and make partial payments. They just keep tacking on penalties. they are impossible to get ahold of and even if you do they keep asking you the same questions over and over again, If that isn't enough, you then have to fill out paperwork over and over again and then they tell you they never received it! We sent it over and over and over again. Finally, we sold the house to get rid of them.
