  • This place sucks!!!!! I wish I could give zero stars to this place. They sold us a compressor for the air conditioning system and installed it on our Nitro. It was supposed to be a new part but unbeknownst to us the part was "re-manufactured." Of course the part quit working after 10 months and we tried to take the car into the dealership and couldn't get an appt. By the time they had an opening our Nitro was slightly over the mileage so they refused to replace it. Plus, we paid for a NEW part. My hubby spoke to the manager and even called Dodge corp. and they refused to replace the part. EVEN THOUGH THEY SOLD A USER PART AND MISREPRESENTED IT AS A NEW PART. I hope the dealership's digital marketing manager reads this review, although they are probably too dumb to employ a digital marketing manager. We will be buying two new cars in the next year and a half. My husband had me talked into a Jeep but I will NEVER buy anything from Prestige Dodge, or any other Jeep/Dodge dealership. All they had to do was replace the faulty, used part they installed. On another note, my Toy-ta Cam-y has been a dream car. With over 135k miles in it I've only had to replace brakes, tires and water pump.
