  • I was in the Vegas area and had decided that I would try to get my hair cut and colored while on vacation. I bought a Groupon for a cut and color on a Friday night, called on Saturday for an appointment, and was given an early appointment on Tuesday. Frances was very helpful with respect to figuring out a perfect formula for the color I desired (see profile pic)...also, during the cut, she explained what she was doing so that I could express my concern or agreement with what she had planned. My reddish color came out great...my haircut was just different enough to feel renewed but similar enough to feel comforted. Frances and I had a wonderful conversation...one that you only really have with your longtime stylist...I felt comfortable with her immediately. If you're looking for the Taj Mahal of salons, this isn't it...there's no mini neck massage before the service or a make up touch after, but you will leave the salon looking fabulous!
