  • Was trying to choose zero stars! seriously the worst customer service ever. I have tried for over two months to get a news paper delivered. Never got one. I call every Sunday, ask for another and why. Supervisor of the route is supposed to call, they never do. Paper never shows up. Every call gets escalated and yet nothing happens. What a waste of time. If you cannot support the route you shouldnt take the money.
