  • Just spent $950 on 4 brand new tires 4/21/2018. LOVE THEM!. I arrived at 11:30am with my wife and 7 yr old daughter. They said 1 1/2 hours. I thought that was fair. I could keep my daughter occupied for the long. Wasn't busy at the time. 1 person in waiting area. They got my truck right in. I walked outside to look in the garage at about 1:30pm to check on my truck. 3 guys standing around talking. Was told about another 30 minutes. Went back out at 2pm. Still no tires on my truck. 3pm I asked someone to go check on my truck. They said they got the tires on and forgot to change 2 tire pressure sensors, so they had to remove 2 tires to do that. They gave me $40 off for my wait. Finally pulled out of there 4 hours later (3:30pm). Wasted a Saturday at Punchys. I would have made other arrangements if they were short handed. Or maybe the Saturday crew just doesn't work very fast.
