  • This review is for December 22, 2016. This buffet is located inside the Orleans Casino. If you have a players card, there is a BOGO deal. The customer service, particularly the front, I was not satisfied with. The woman who rung me up had an attitude the whole time. I asked her how the BOGO deal worked because my dad did not know, she rolled her eyes at him and ignored him. I had to ask another hostess. The variety of choices of the buffet was amazing. They had USA, Asian, Mongolian, Seafood and Barbecue. The chefs were fast paced ensuring each tray was stocked. The quality was great as well. I'm very particular with how I like my barbecue, but none of the meats were too salty or underdone. I appreciated that.
