DT'S have the worst customers service, starting from management Alan who needs to be retrained and learn how to run a restaurant. Obviously he doesn't have the experience on how to run a business, because can't even show courtesy to others when it comes to the guest. Family placed an order on Friday to be pick up on Sunday at 6pm. For my surprise the order was late and not ready as we agree upon. And to make things worse management Alan didn't even offer help to load the food in the car. That shows how careless, unprofessional they are.
