  • I've been here twice now and had a blast both times. Despite having more than enough people to start a dodgeball game, the staff was telling us to join the other (full) game. It seemed to me that they were just being lazy and didn't want to stand there and supervise the game. Once we spent 15 mins of our play time convincing them, we finally got a game started and had a blast. The guy also stopped our game a few mins before our hour was up. So unfortunately, in total we lost close to 20 mins of our play time although we paid for an hour. I'm hoping the staff will become more customer oriented which would result in this being a 5 star facility. Other than the average customer service, this place is a lot of fun for people of all ages. I highly recommend it. P.S. I haven't had the food here so I can't comment on that.
