  • In the grand scheme of outlet malls, this one is small and meh. However, the recent addition of J. Crew (squee!) and Banana-fuckin'-Republic (double squee!!!) have improved this once ghetto locale. Both Crew and BR have excellent deals, but they can be hit or miss, and unfortunately it's a really far drive from central Phoenix!
