  • Just left this store. Waited in the home theater department for over 15 minutes waiting on what looked like the only sales person working there. The sales guy finishes with an elderly couple and walks right past as if I'm invisible. I'm done with brick and mortar big box stores. Just do your research and purchase online, cheaper and you won't have to deal with poor customer service.
