  • DO NOT SHOP HERE! If I could give negative stars, I would. They will tell you anything to get you to buy their stuff but they don't back it up. Bought a loveseat and sofa. explained I needed something washable b/c I have a baby. Was told the fabric I picked would be easy to clean and MACHINCE WASHABLE. so when the fabric started FALLING APART I made a warranty claim because it was less than a year. The tech finally showed up (after calling every day for 2 3 weeks) and he said he agreed with me and that he would be sending me new covers for the cushions. 6 weeks later I call back to figure out where my covers are and come to find out they denied the claim because putting the covers in the washing machine voided the warranty?! TF? the whole reason I bought the sofa and picked that fabric was because I was told I could put them into the washing machine to clean them. In addition, I only found out my claim was denied because I called in. NO ONE gave me a follow up call. They NEVER call back when they say they will. Everything is contracted through 3rd party with this company so there is no one you can meet with when there is an issue. No one at the store can help you. Everything is through the main 1-866 number and contracted out so there is NO accountability. I'm so upset at the way I was treated. I have never experienced such disgusting customer service in my life, especially considering how much money I spent.
