  • We were given a pickup time from our hotel to the airport for 1040 and we were there at 1030. We were still waiting at 1110 so we called guest services. They were very rude and informed us we were picked up on that shuttle...um, no, still waiting. He scheduled us for the next shuttle at 1120 and it's now 1140 and no shuttle. We sat for an hour, 3 shuttles passed, all dropping off. We then paid for another service to get us to the airport. The airline shuttle service seem to be very dependable as I've seen many nice people come & go with them. Good luck if you choose showtime, we won't again!
