  • Pros - Quick service, clean environment, almost all of the services that the MVD offers are available and rarely a long wait. Cons - The overall customer experience is not satisfying. For the price you pay here which in some cases is close to 300% of what the MVD charges you would expect a friendly greeting as well as friendly, professional and very knowledgeable staff. Of the six occasions that I've visited this business only one has met these expectations. Always fast but lacking in the other for mentioned areas. I will only visit Arizona Auto License again if it's my only option.
