  • 3 or 4 months ago Cool Air Now contacted me offering to do a free service/inspection of my ac unit. On the appointed day I waited and waited and no one ever called or showed up. A couple of days later I got a phone call, there were computer issues, apologies all over the place and another appointment set, with the same results. I gave them a third chance, same results and finally a fourth chance. On this last time I ha a 10:00 - 12:00 window. I got a call at 11:30 saying the tech was on his way. At 12:30 I called to see where the tech might be and they said they would contact him and call me right back. At 12:40 the tech called and said he would be here in 30 min. At 1:40 I called the office told them what had been going on and to cancel the appointment. Again the apologized and offered to reschedule. Sorry NO. Four chances is three too many.
