  • Came with a friend a week ago to purchase a 2006 Toyota Prius, horrible customer service. They seemed so nice to him when they wanted to get a sale, but a week later when my friend had major issues with his car, they were so helpless. Horrible... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It sucks when business take advantage of people who don't have much money to buy a car.
