| - When I first saw Broadstone Sixteen 75 I loved it. That love died shortly after I moved in. The quality of workmanship is awful. My shower door broke no less than 4 times in the year that I lived here. It looks like the dry-wallers were in a super rush, because there are these messy splotches all over the walls. They didn't seal the counter tops before they let me move in, then they came to fix them and I came home to countertops that looked like they were covered in soapy dirty water. So they came to fix them AGAIN. Still not right. Then they notify me that I have to MOVE OUT of my apartment for three days so they can fix them for reals the third time. They washed the outside of my windows and broke the screen in my living room. I asked them to come and fix it and they replaced the bedroom screen. When I moved out, my ledger didn't match up. At all. My bill amount never matched how much I actually owed, and it turns out the girls in the office screwed up reporting how much I owed to the billing agency multiple times. My bike was stolen. Out of the locked bike cage. When I brought it to the management's attention, I was told that thefts had been going on a lot and it was my fault for leaving my bike in the secured bike area. They waited another TWO MONTHS before notifying any of the residents about the thefts. My neighbor spotted a homeless man climbing on top of a truck to get into the bike cage, and rather than fix the problem by securing the property, they gave her a different parking spot. The property manager, Jasmene informed me that the gates were not to provide ACTUAL security, but rather just to provide the FEELING of security. I could hear every last peep made by the upstairs neighbor. The list just goes on and on and on. I tried to be nice to the management about things that needed to be fixed but time and time again they messed up. I even had the regional manager's cell phone number for half of my residency here, and she admitted to me multiple times how poorly everything was managed. Some idiot on the first floor dropped lit marijuana in the garbage and lit his apartment on fire and the fire department couldn't figure out how to turn the sprinklers off so the whole first floor on one side of the building had to be completely remodeled and all those residents had to move out. They have these lovely resident events, like waffles and bottomless mimosas, except there were no waffles and the mimosas ended 1 hour in to the 2 hour event despite the fridge full of champagne. This place is overpriced and staffed by incompetent morons (some of whom are admittedly nice people). Save your money and your sanity and go someplace else.
