  • I've lived here for 3 years and plan to stay due to the fact it is so close to my work. I lived in the 2 bed 2 bath townhouse up until a week ago. The townhouse was great, I had zero problems with bugs or noise. Any maintenance problems were handled within a day or two max, and I barely had any maintenance problems in general. The only noise complaint was due to the fact I lived RIGHT by the pool- which was no fault of the complex, obviously. There were many times people were loud until the early hours of the morning, but that really is how it goes when you chose to live near the pool. I am now in the newly renovated one bed one bath apartment and I'm much happier just due to the fact I'm NOT near the pool and the upgrades are a total bonus
