  • I have been a client for 3 years I have always trusted my dogs to be in good hands until today January 17 2016. When I went to pick up my dog after six hour cut on a small malipoo I herd my dog crying and looked thru the glass panel to see the groomer yelling at her, I asked the owner to check on her and when he spoke to the grommer, grommer came out and started yelling at me and coming towards me like he wanted to hit me as he yelled at me saying he didn't have to do my dogs and pushed my other dog at me at this point I just had to grab my dogs and leave for fear of this groomer losing is temper and yelling and fighting with the owners I will never trust my dogs to this place ever again if they allow their groomers to treat the dogs and customers like this I can only imagine how the dogs are really treated, it's unfortunate because I really enjoyed this place till now, on a fair note the owner was kind and did not charge me he was apologetic and sorry, it was just a problem with the groomer, I hope the owners know how upset I was and get rid of that groomer unfortunately I didn't get his name
