  • I had a Groupon, and the owner was super flexible about my options. I got the split-ends cut; but honestly, my favorite part of the whole experience was the fact that he talked to me. He was open to giving my hair layers if I needed them for the hot months, but he didn't just assume he knew what I wanted and start hacking away, and it's obvious that he knows what he's doing! Super attentive, offered tea (I love that!), and he took his time. He even took the time to show me some hairstyles I might do, since I have to put up my hair at work to stay cool. I feel guilty because I haven't been back for a few months, but I plan to rectify that this week. So glad I finally found someone who knows what he's talking about when it comes to long hair. I'm happy to pay full price to go back. :)
