  • AHS sent Doctor Cool to my home after a terrible experience with another "reputable" HVAC company. The previous company's technician did absolutely nothing to fix the leak we were having and when he was sent out, a second time, he refused to come in. Instead he gave us an estimate for $750 to do the necessary repairs. Then Mike showed up from Doctor Cool. He came in with another tech and asked me a few questions. Then he went to work. He was in the attic for several minutes and then came down with good news. All that needed to be done was the condensation pan needed to be re pitched. He took care of it in no time and then went out to check the outdoor unit to make sure our levels were good and that everything was functioning properly. Mike was a professional and he verified for me, with his work, that the previous company was just trying to take advantage of me.
