  • If you are buying a house you need to hire Kevin to do the inspection, period. He is incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and super thorough. I would guess that sellers cringe with fear when they know he is coming to do the inspection- he will catch EVERYTHING. He saved us thousands of dollars by noting all the suggested repairs that we ended up adding to the home purchase contract. The final report is easy to understand, very detailed, and will include photos. Money well spent and excellent customer service. Thank you!
