  • I had been here twice before and had a wonderful experience... this time not some much. I understand they're students, but my last experience was a disaster! The young lady was highly recommended and I was told she is the one to go to for balayage. I reviewed her instagram page and it appeared she had skills. So I show up 10mins for my appointment which was scheduled for 9 and I left out of there around 1:30ish... while in her chair I started to notice that she was getting impatient, because the top of my head was taking to long to lift and she said she did not want to use the blow dryers because it looked unprofessional... I believe this is one of the reasons why my hair did not turn out so brassy (my prior visit here my hair was my virgin brown hair and it lifted to a beautiful light ash blonde, he did tease my hair (she did not) and he did use the blow dryers and didn't remove the foil until he had reached the color he wanted). Not only was the color off (again this had nothing to do with my naturally dark hair... 6 mos prior it was lifted with no brass!), but I literally had a line from dark to orange and it did not appear balayage or ombré. Please review the pictures. Also the teacher (I did not get her name) older white woman with purple hair was extremely rude and lacked friendliness.
