  • New tribe has been a fixture on queen street for so many years. Everyone knows where it is due to the fabulous fact that you can see their logo on cp24, most of the day!! (Usually behind the anchor through the glass) I first came here in 2009 for my first tattoo. While my tattoo came out nice, my experience wasn't the best. I was nervous, they had lost my design and had to free hand the image. The tattoo artist was rude and actually seemed visibly irritated with me because I was uncomfortable with the pain. Needless to say, she doesn't work there anymore. After the past year of wanting a new tattoo that symbolizes my love and interests. I decided to go with New Tribe again because they have very talented artists and many of my tattoo loving friends go there. After a generous friend gifted me gift certificates I decided on an image and booked an appointment. I dealt with Brian throughout my process at New Tribe and let me tell you he was fantastic! He was courteous, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I was nervous because of my not so great first experience but he made me feel very relaxed. He had re drawn my image to clean it up and it looked fantastic. The actual tattoo process was fairly easy, it didn't hurt as much as I thought it would, and the image came out fantastic. Brian is very, very talented! I recommend you book with him, if your looking to get some new ink. Oh and they also check in on you a week after to see how it's healing. Great customer service there!! 5/5
