  • I was happy with the job that Robert and his crew did installing my home depot windows. Again I bought the from home depot and they hired him to install them. Robert is a kind person and easy to talk to. I hired him independent of home depot to update my flooring new tile, part of this was to include installing new baseboard as well as doing some grout and tile work on my fire place. I travel often and it's not always easy for me to be around, I had a friend stay in the home while the tile flooring was installed, this went well to a point. I asked Robert several times for a written quote which I never got and neither did I get a receipt, in the end he gave me a price and I made the check out to a third party. I was told he'd finish the job he started. Now 2 months later I've given up and in fact due to his lack of detail I have hired someone else to finish the jobs he started. He does not have his email address on his card, hard to reach by phone, I'm disappointed as I know he has the capability to do a good job, in my case I was let down :(. Sadly after this experience I would not recommend him.
