The Lorex Technology customer service department is the thing horror stories are made of. This is the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a customer service department. I waited for over an hour on the phone, (which I was told was completely normal for them) and the person I spoke with was completely rude.
Apparently waiting 1-2 hours is just "How they do business." Which makes me wonder just exactly how they're still in business?
Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from Lorex Technology.
