  • I was in need of shower doors for two bathrooms, I contacted multiple companies, and chose frameless glass because of the reasonable price, the high reviews on sites like this and because of how thorough and helpful Ron the owner was. He told me it would be 2 weeks before I received my glass, which was fine and we penciled in the install for two weeks out. The day came and I received a call letting me know the company they use (Arizona Shower door) had broken my glass and they would need to re-do the doors before install, which I happily obliged. 5 days later they came out for the install, only to find out that one of the doors was made the incorrect length. Lots of apologies with a request to not let this reflect badly on Frameless glass, and I yet again was nothing but kind and understanding. They worked to get the glass made, and then came out again to put the door in a few days later, only to find out it too was made incorrectly (this time too short). I was nothing but happy and polite during this whole frustrating process, I know things can go wrong so I was very understanding. I was told they would go make the door one more time, and be out the next day to install it. The day came and the install man let me know Arizona shower door had made my door wrong 4 times the day prior (on top of all the other mishaps). As I am paying the final part of my bill, the man told me that Ron would allow $25 off the top of my bill. Honestly, I think that is reasonable for a one day delay or having to reschedule the door one time, but with how badly everything had gone, 4 different appts made in my calendar where I had to wait around and be home, and 4 weeks without a shower, I felt that $25 off of a $2000 order was not very good customer service on their part. I was told over and over again not to let it affect the way I view Frameless Glass, however, the way they handled the inconvenience with the measly 1.25% discount, I was disappointed. I was not a rude customer, I never showed frustration or got upset and I felt that I was taken advantage of for that. Had I been visibly more frustrated, acted rude, I bet they would have taken more off the order. Would I redommend Frameless glass- yes, the doors are quality, and according to them I was one in a million. It was shocking though how many times it took to make one of the doors.
