  • I'm very disappointed with chase bank. I deposited a check for $55 and another for $16 making it $71 total. They decided days later that this was a duplicate check which it wasn't it was 2 separate checks! Anywho they took out $55 and gave me a $12.95 fee. The lady I spoke with tried to say the check was a duplicate because it came out to be $71 apparently they can't count because 55+55 doesn't make $71. That was just a ridiculous accusation!!!!!afterwards they told me this was there error and to call back in the morning after it's posted in my account and they will reverse it. At this point I was irritated because they should fix there mistakes right there not make the customer wait but I decide to just keep it together and call back tomorrow. I call back the next day and they reverse the fee but tell me they can't do anything about the $55 THERE ERROR! They can't do anything about it. They tell me they re sent the check and I need to re deposit it. Okay chase bank I will re deposit it in another bank and close this one. I'm extremely disappointed. Never banking here again.
