  • Elizabeth was wonderful and very understanding of our hectic situation. We scheduled them for a move out cleaning, and hadn't been able to get all of our stuff packed before they arrived. Elizabeth stressed that she didn't want us to lose part of our deposit due to them not being able to clean as well as they normally would because some of our stuff was still in the way, so she offered to come back early the next morning before her first client so that they could mop all the floors and clean the ceiling fans. We were stressed beyond belief during this move and Elizabeth and her crew were the only positive part of it. She went above and beyond to help us out, and I truly appreciate her help. The house was very clean and she even offered to come back if our property manager had any complaints about the cleaning. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
