Well, I came back to Vegas. And went to Chandelier twice in the past week. The ambience and decor are still spectacular. The service less so. First time this week was in the afternoon, and the bartender was really nice, but not that experienced. If I'm paying $16+ for a cocktail it should be made by someone who really knows what they are doing. I came later in the week with a small group and our waitress was horrendous. It was busy, but even so it took a very long time for her to come talk to us. We were curtly informed that a number of their listed cocktails were unavailable (I wouldn't really recommend them anyway), and then when she brought our round she immediately gave us the check and asked for payment right then (?!). Apparently we were only staying for the one drink. It was still pretty early in the night (between ten and eleven), and if the waitress had been nice and on top of it we probably would have had at least one more round. Oh well. Like I said, the decor and ambiance are magical, but the service needs to be stepped up to the same level.
