  • I've lived here for a little over a year and lemme tell you there will be no sweeter day than when my lease is up in 2 months. New management took over a few months ago and they are super slum lords about everything except what inconveniences you. The pools stay green half the summer, they have roaches (not in my building thank god) the laundry facilities are broken 90% of the time and the mantenance dudes are worthless and mean. They also went section 8 with the new management and apparently dont care who moves in anymore. Theyll give you notices of eviction if no action taken for pointless things like your patio furniture not being outdoor furniture but if you have a gas leak it takes 5 days for them to get around to checking on it. Theyll write you up for innapropriate outdoor clutter meanwhile dog poo, satellite dishes, broken windows, and trash are all over the place. And if you have a complaint they are mean and blow you off. If they have a complaint its a 5 alarm emergency you comply immediately. i still have no heat and just received 24 hr notice for a roach bombing i dont need and will be fined 350 bucks if i dont get my whole apt bagged up. Don't do it. God speed, Jan 30th.
