  • Express machines to check-in. They are not efficient, moment I walked in to check in there where already telling me its additional to even check-in at 1pm? I decided to not take a room here. Costumer service sucks here. Not a way to conduct business when you tell someone who is experiencing the hotel for the first time that its extra for this and that and I had yet to even check in! So much for a pleasant greeting first?
