Nick and Paul are absolutely amazing; they took my concerns to heart- the bad repairs, the volume and bass turned all the way up and the poor customer service by their estimator- and did everything they could to make it right. They looked at security cameras to verify the vehicle did not leave the shop, they saw whom was working on it and addressed the concerns, they brought my car back in and Nick personally oversaw the repairs and re-inspection. He and I talked several times and he felt the same as me and ensured me that he and Paul were in motion and making progress towards their standards of work.
Needless to say- my wife and I are very pleased with the quality of work Nick produced. He even postponed the painting until the temperature allowed for proper curing process (it was during that serious cold spell that came through Vegas)
I feel confident that I could take my other car in for anything (rock chips or whatever) and come away with a quality repair- and may take my other car in for rock chips.

Front bumper stuff-
I am pleased that the custom pain color on the grill surround they were able to get very good-
But!!!!!!
Missed spots on polishing, the tow hook cover was left rattling around, they left an enormous area covered with adhesive promoter for the new emblem and when they brought the car out it was horribly dirty-
Top that all off with their front office "estimator" treating me like it wasn't a big deal and that it wasn't their issue-
Yeah, it wouldn't matter if it was the smallest thing- have a front office guy like that as the face of your company and your setting yourself up for complaints.
The manager had to come out and he agreed fully with what I was complaining about- it shouldn't have had to get that far though.
The simplest thing too- before giving someone back their car- do a quick wash on it- otherwise your company looks lazy and that translates into your work quality.
Am going to be filing my complaint to my insurance as well and recommend they drop this shop from their "preferred" shop list until they get their quality control and customer service in order.
