Chain restaurants aren't chain restaurants for no reason; they've stood the test of time with quality service and product. Although I would argue that not all of my Dunkin Donuts experiences have been wonderful, this was definitely not the best. I walked into an angry Qdoba employee yelling at the manger of Dunkin (? She was wearing a different colored shirt). I'm not sure what the scuffle was about but it's rather rude to walk into a restaurant and have two employees fighting right in front of you. They were doing nothing short of yelling and not behind closed doors. Other customers were in the store as well. Beyond that, no greeting on the entry but granted, the drive through was full and as a food service worker myself, I understand the rush to serve drive through first. The man that eventually did take our order was kind and polite but not overly enthusiastic about his job which I understood. I ordered 3 drinks and the wait was minimal and the drinks were exceptional. So beyond the extremely rude yelling incident, our experience was enjoyable and not far off from many other Dunkin Donuts experiences I've had. This store deserves 4 stars and a conversation about proper restaurant etiquette with its employees.
