  • Very disappointed in the way members are treated at this gym. Their desire to get as much money out of you as possible while providing poor services is apparent and blatant. Management has no customer service skills, they don't even try to hide their lack of care. Personal trainers for the most part are as useless as the rest of the staff. Given the fact that they offer $9.95/mo membership the gym is overcrowded. Found drug paraphernalia on the gym floor and in the locker room. STAY AWAY!
