  • I was not happy about what I had been charged for the job. I paid for the job, but I grumbled about it. Nancy the owner called. She was apologetic, sincere and very polite. She went above and beyond what I would expect to make things right. After speaking to her it is obvious that she takes customer satisfaction seriously. I am more than satisfied, I am delighted.
