  • I have been going to some time. I arrived today when they said I had a 75 dollar copay from last visit. I have always paid 15 Called my insurance and it was correct that I would always have a 75 dollar copay for urgent care. So as I was discussing it with the young lady about why they have only charged 15 in the past, some blonde girl steps out and with her snotty attitude says we always use the code for urgent care and they has the way it has always been. So she basically called me a liar when I said they have always charged me 15 in the past. I told her I wasn't going to argue because I was in a lot of pain. This was as the other young lady was refunding the 15 dollars they just charged me for a copay. So I give this place a 1 because of the attitude of the blonde and the fact that the last time I was there I was diagnosed with shingles when it was just a minor rash.
