Found this office and was excited to try it because the reviews are great. HOWEVER, they failed me in the first phone call. The receptionist picked up and asked for my name. I said I would be a new patient and she immediately put me on hold for 5 minutes. When she returned I told her my husband broke one of his teeth at work and is in a lot of pain. She said she doesn't have any appointments available this week. She said she already has taken a few emergencies today and then goes on to say now she won't be able to see us until the end of JANUARY. One month out. So you're telling me only existing patients get emergency office visit privileges? Way to start a relationship with a potential loyal, returning, patient! I then asked if her doctors could at least recommend another respected doctor that could help my husband not be in so much pain! She replied some dentists might be gone for the holidays and proceeded to say she had no appointments. Ok, I already got that. And I'm not asking you to give me these office's schedules, let me call and figure out who can help!
