  • I am highly impressed with all levels of customer service I experienced at this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. Recently my car was damaged in an accident. The insurance company found this location near my home. When I dropped my car off for repairs they came to pick me up from the repair shop to provide me with a vehicle until my car was fixed. The lady who picked me up early in the morning was super friendly. She dropped me off right at the front door and told me someone would be waiting to service me. The moment I walked in I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member who had everything prepared for me. I was there for about 10 mins and out the door with a beautiful SUV to drive. The woman who dropped me off was outside with my SUV to help me inspect it. With no major concerns she explained to me what to do, where to return and how much to fill the gas tank. She did not pressure me to buy anything I did not need but made a suggestion if needed as far as the insurance. I was not taken advantage of I was cared for as a customer. Which leads me to want to only rent from this Enterprise moving forward. My customer service experience was a lasting experience that left a great impression. Job well done to all of the staff at this location.
