  • Went into this store because I had a problem with an iPad that I had bought at a Best Buy. Set an appointment over the phone but got there a half an hour early. A rep quickly approached us and started to check out the iPad. They did identify a problem and replaced the ipad with a new one with NO hassle. I would go back to this Apple store for sure.
