  • Not impressed. This place is all about profits and the extreme squeeze. I do not trust a vet's office that looks like they are going for a super expensive stylized look of a place like the Mayo Clinic. This place brings you a little snack basket while you wait, they say it is complimentary and I'm thinking how much are they going to up everything else to cover their idea of an image of service (or are they going for a spa thing?) which I consider wasteful. I didn't come there for a snack. They took forever to treat my animal and hurt it badly in the process. My pet came out of there permanently limping and they pressured us into over $800.00's of unnecessary treatments that they snake oil charmed out of us using fear and unprofessional business techniques.
