So, I needed so new brake shoes and pads and saw that Midas was just down the road from where I live. I go in at 730 am and there's an employee named Jesse there, who looked older and seemed as though he was having trouble with the computer he was using. I'm standing there for about 6 minutes before he acknowledges mes. But only after I got his attention. He's all angry and ask What do I want? Not "may I help you?", but "What do you want?" He's still having issues with his computer I notice and then I tell him I need new brake shoes and pads. Jesse says 35.00 dollars, and I asked what he means. He just says 35.00 dollars again. I ask if it's the cost for the entire process and he says NO!! Just so we can visually inspect. By this time, two more people came in and were waiting and saw Jesse being rude and loud. I'm pretty patience but after trying to get more answers from him and see him become more angry fumbling with his computer, I just told him I'm ok..I'll go to Firestone down the street. He says, "Ok! GO!" I really hope he understands the economy is bad and needs to hang on to his job for dear life. by the way, the customers behind me worked their way to Firestone with me.
