  • Of course, once we bought our house a couple years ago, the air conditioning had to be looked at after about a year and we contacted Emergency Air. They couldn't have been more helpful, friendly but professional. Explained everything going on, showed us the problems with the old unit and didn't rush us just to make a sale. We ended up getting a new Carrier Unit that has been working great. Now a year into it, had an inspection and maintenance by Robert Patrick who was very friendly, professional, and thorough, and he explained everything. We feel that Emergency Air is a great company with great people so got a maintenance agreement to keep the system working efficiently through the coming years. Highly recommend. Getting our ducts cleaned in a few days by Emergency Air too.
