| - I don't know how this guy got 36 people to lie for him. I think they're all fake reviews! Or maybe the only 36 jobs he ever got right!
So, here's how the story starts! Have Kevin come over to my house and give me an estimate for a solar shade! Doing it through him was a couple hundred more but he promised the work would be done within 10 days. Three weeks rollaround and I have to call him and ask were my awning is. He says there is trouble at the factory and it will be another week. If he didn't make me give him a deposit I would've told him to keep it then! But I was pot committed! So I let them come out and put the awning up. Then he puts the awning on and they're supposed to be two wires on the side that hold a study from the wind blowing it, and make it easy enough to roll up without tearing up the fabric. He tried to tell me that I don't need those wires, that most of his customers just use to bungee cords to hold it from blowing away. I told him that was not going to work, and it wasn't what I paid for and I wanted the wires up there. He said he get somebody over right away. Three more weeks later he finally came over himself to put the wires on after he realized I didn't pay. I figured the owner of the company was here, and now the job would be done right, and I had to run an errand, so I handed him The rest of his money and came back to find the wires hanging because he barely put the bolts in the ground. So I called him to fix it again, and he says his neighbor over, who seems to be a lot more mechanically inclined and him but still does shotty work. No the wires are still hanging loosely... so I try and call him. Surprisingly, he doesn't answer the phone. I sent him a picture of the work that was done after the third time being here. He tries to tell me that you have to wait for the cement to harden to tighten it up. But he made the wire so long that you can't tighten it up with the turnbuckles. So he says he can come over The next day and fix it. Now this is the fifth time he's been at my house, and hasn't done a decent job yet! So I tell him to come get his awning and refund my money. He says he can't do it till next week because he doesn't have the money now! Now I am sure that I am stuck with a half assed sunscreen, and I will never see him again, but hopefully this review Will stop future customers from making the same mistake I did! I am also sure that there will be more fake good reviews on top of this one to try make his company look good! But I will monitor his site, and every other place he advertises and continue posting reviews to make sure this doesn't happen to anybody else again! RUN FROM THIS GUY!...
UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE!
So Kevin seen the review and called immediately and said sorry and he wanted to make it right. I was all ears. He said he didn't have the money right now to refund my money until next week when he finished another job. I explained that I was not cool w that but what could I do? A hour later he texted me that he was going to bring me $700 cash and fix the wires and when he had the money he would refund the rest. I was like now we're getting somewhere's. so about 3 o'clock in the afternoon I called him and asked when he was going to be here. He told me he had to finish a job in Scottsdale and he was on his way. So it is o'clock at night he shows up we let him finish the job, sixth time being here. I wasn't home at the time, but my wife was. He called me and told me the job is completed and I said thank you. I asked him if he gave my wife the $700 and he said no and he's not going to. I asked him why? He said because I gave him the bad review . I explained to him that I am going to fill him up with bad reviews until he does the right thing and refund my money. Well needless to say, he told me to screw off. So tomorrow my first phone call is going to be to the Better Business Bureau, and the next is going to be small claims court. No y'all will not let me add another picture or I would show you the text where he promised the $700 in the refund.
Run far from this guy, he doesn't have a standup bone in his body.
