I walked in and nice gentleman greeted me. Yet, he doesn't specialized in car insurance. He did say the other two individuals do, both of the agents were on the phone. Meanwhile, I asked if I can use the restroom, the gentleman said yes. As I came out of the bathroom the agent Rosalie Gonzalez an Asian lady. Ended up coming to the back from the bathroom like I'm a child. I thought that was strange. I then follow her as she said if she can help me with anything. I said yes I'm interested in car insurance. She then acted uncustomer service, her tone of her voice and she explained that she needed my license. As I was reaching for my license she was communicating how allstate has requirements and I said ok. But the way that she communicated was insinuating like a kid. I thought she spoke to me very condescending instead treating me like an adult. I think she needs help so she is able to learn and be more customer service and more friendly and not condescending. I feel sorry for her because she is not balance. I hope she gets help.
