  • I attended for a month. The staff was rude and arrogant towards customers, though the mma classes weren't awful. The bathrooms were poorly kept and some of the gear is priced outrageously. When the time came to cancel my membership I called during open hours and they wouldn't answer the phone. I left a voicemail saying I would like to cancel my membership before I'm charged my monthly fee. They never called me back and I went in to ask for a refund when they dinged my card. They refused to refund me a single dime. They were blunt and the woman at the counter gave grimacing looks when I told her I called and said I didn't want my car charged and I'm not using the gym. They wouldn't get a manager and basically told me "tough shit" Totally unsatified with my experience. Try sitan gym for a better option.
