rev:text	Wish I didn't have to give a star on this one! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY APPLIANCES OR ANYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE DELIVERED AND INSTALLED FROM SEARS!!! Ok, I'll try to cut down on the caps. I bought a washer, dryer and refrigerator on layaway in February and paid if off in April. My house was originally scheduled to be done the last week of June so I scheduled delivery for June 20th. The construction was put on a fast track and the completion date was moved to the last week of May. When I knew I was good to go with the closing date at the end of May I contacted Sears to reschedule my delivery. The lady on the phone in the delivery department acted like it was beyond the scope of her job to reschedule the delivery on the date I asked for and just kept coming from a place of no so I hung up on her and called the sales associate I bought it all from. When I threatened to cancel the whole order (which in hindsight I should've done) she got the delivery date changed. Fast forward to the day of the delivery. Sears truck arrives. Guy comes in says he has a washer and dryer for me. My eyes bulge out of my head. "What about the fridge?" His eyes bulge, "What fridge?" He checks truck, no fridge. I go into nuclear meltdown looking over at the over $100 worth of frozen food sitting on the counter. I start freaking out and he gets an attitude instead of understanding WHY I'm so upset. We find out that I was supposed to get a phone call explaining that my fridge was in a broken down truck in the middle of nowhere. I ask why the fridge wasn't in Vegas already considering I PAID IT OFF AT THE BEGINNING OF APRIL!!! Also, no other fridges in warehouse. I ask for a temporary fridge until they can bring mine on TUESDAY, this is Saturday. No, no, no, no, sorry, no, no no, no, oh well you're burnt on the food. We can give you a Sears gift card for your trouble. Not only will I NEVER spend another cent at Sears I cancelled my order and went and picked up a fridge at Lowe's the next day. STAY AWAY, THERE'S A REASON THEY'RE CLOSE TO BANKRUPTCY!!
