  • I went in last night and paid 1200 for a water heater and installment letty promise i would have it done today i get a call at 853 and bree said i hear from a guys in couple hours and hours went by i had to call and i found out they said not today it would be monday. Thats poor customer service and very unprofessional. I returned the items and got my money back. I called anytime plumbling and had it done for under 1000 and done with in hours of me calling. I will not and never ever go to lowes again for anything again.
