  • Went for Brunch on a Sunday and the food was just OK. We had french toast and a scramble which was just average. The service was absolutely terrible. The hostess did not greet us and just stared at us when we arrived. How hard is it to pretend interested in your job? The waiter seemed annoyed to be helping us, did not ask us if we had any questions about the menu, didn't welcome us, didn't offer my husband a second drink, didn't thank us for coming in.....I could go on and on but I think you get the idea. People dine out not only for the food but for an enjoyable experience. Petra failed in both categories. Now I understand why the the restaurant was practically empty on a Sunday. Perhaps that should have been my clue to leave.
