  • This is pretty much the only pet store I visit in Calgary nowadays. I love this location. I'm addicted to the Rollover brand of treats/bones - my dog adores them. I also get both my pets' foods from this store. I like that they carry both brands that are found in the supermarket as well as some higher-end brands. The staff is extremely helpful. When I'm staggering around under the weight of both my cat and dog food bags, the staff never fails to stop and ask me if they can bring something to the till for me, whether a 20-year-old male or a woman the same age as my mother. They are always willing to answer questions. The return policy is great, and they stand by their products. I've heard good stories about products not living up to expectation and of the store fixing the issue to the best of their ability. I also took puppy obedience with my dog here and can highly recommend the program. It was competitively priced and taught me all the essential skills on how to train my dog (don't be fooled... obedience classes are mainly to train the human, not the dog). Stop by for a visit!
