  • I really like this place and would love to give 4 stars. But I cant seem to wrap my head around the fact that I've been frequenting this location for a year and a half and they never remember my name. Its been the same girls forever. I've used sun chain since 2005 and this is the only location that has no idea who I am as often as I come. I usually leave really good reviews but this is just getting obnoxious. I also have to ask for towels instead of being offered one. Don't get me wrong, the staff is friendly, they just aren't as personal as I would hope.
